Kim Galeaz

Chatham Arch resident Kim Galeaz, R.D., C.D., is a freelance food and nutrition writer, registered dietitian and consultant to the food and beverage industry. M. Travis DiNicola

Executive director of Indy Reads, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to eliminating adult  illiteracy. DiNicola is also co-host of Art of the Matter on WFYI-FM radio, a show about the arts in Indianapolis. He and his wife, Elizabeth, owner of The Best Chocolate in Town, reside near Irvington on the city’s Eastside.
