Self-serve frozen yogurt and locally roasted coffee will be the fare at Yogulatte, which is planned for an April opening at 755 Mass Ave, immediately east of 45 Degrees.
Yogulatte is a venture of Bill Pritt, the owner of 45 Degrees who purchased the rest of the street-level retail space in the 757 Mass Ave building late last year.
He said customers will be able to dish up the low-fat and fat-free frozen yogurt, adding a variety of toppings before paying by weight.
He wants to create a coffeehouse atmosphere in the 20-seat space.
